Stacy Hendricks
Our founder, Stacy Hendricks, has been a trusted advisor across a variety of industries for more than 25 years, both as an operator and consultant, working with startups to help define and launch their visionary quests to large enterprises to help them navigate during times of significant change.
Prior to Amplify, Stacy served as senior director at Alvarez & Marsal, straddling roles in both the M&A and Human Capital & Organizational Change practices. She is former Head of M&A Integration at McAfee, and served as an M&A Integration Lead in-house at HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Samsung NEXT, piloting deals ranging from small tuck-ins to complex, multi-billion-dollar, cross-border acquisitions and carve-outs affecting hundreds of thousands employees.
Before her focus on M&A, Stacy consulted with clients at her own firm for more than a decade and for other boutique firms, working with clients on six continents, with a special focus for a number of years on the African market, where she co-founded a biofuel company and worked with numerous clients across the region.
Stacy also brings deep marketing and PR experience, serving as head of marketing at a loyalty services provider, philanthropic organization and high-end restaurant group, head of PR for a global CRM company, in account lead roles at several PR firms.
Stacy studied for her MBA in international business at Monterey (now Middlebury) Institute of International Studies and holds a bachelor’s in PR / advertising from Texas Christian University. She is a PROSCI®-certified change management practitioner and a published writer across multiple media.
